当時RCA Red Sealの辣腕A&Rであった R. Peter Munves が企画したアルバムだけあって、1971年当時、ロンドンのヘンデル大先生とRCAが数ヶ月秘密裏に交渉した結果実現したアルバムだそうな・・・ジャケット裏は Charles B. Yulish というライターと
